摘  要:羊毛纤维及其制品采用氨 -盐预处理、过硫酸钠氧化、亚硫酸钠还原和蛋白酶变性处理后 ,明显地改善了羊毛的染色性能 ,使纤维对染料的扩散速度和平衡吸附量提高 ,并且羊毛纤维经减量处理 ,达到了机可洗的要求。氨 -盐变性处理技术从根本上摆脱了氯化试剂 ,避免了AOX对环境的污染 。An ammonia-salt pretreatment for wool fibre and its products is introduced. Besides, a series of other treatments have been applied, such as oxidizing with sodium persulfate, reduction with sodium sulfite as well as modification with protease. After these treatment, the dyeability of wool fibre has been improved considerably, the diffusion rate and the equilibrium adsorptive amount of dyestuff have been increased. In addition, the deweighting process makes the wool fabric machine washable. The ammonia-salt modifying technique is a new type of green process which is free from chlorinated agents thoroughly. Therefore the pollution of the environment caused by AOX is eliminated.
