摘  要:介绍了以改性氧化钛为载体的LAs 1型加氢脱砷催化剂的脱砷活性、原料适应性、砷容量、2 10 0h寿命试验以及工艺条件对催化剂性能的影响。试验结果表明 ,该催化剂适用于石脑油、柴油等原料的加氢脱砷 ,砷容量大于 10 % ,在氢分压 2 .8MPa ,空速 3 .0h- 1 ,反应温度 190℃条件下 ,脱砷率大于 99.4% ,生成油砷含量小于 1ng/g ,2 10 0h寿命试验后 ,催化剂温升仅 5℃ ,折合提温速度为 0 .0 5 7℃ /d ,催化剂平均碳含量 1.3 % ,机械强度 112N/cm。The activity, adaptability, arsenic tolerance capacity and 2 100-hour running test of modified TiO 2 based hydrodearsenicization catalyst LAs-1 are introduced together with the influence of process conditions on catalyst performance. Test result shows that the catalyst is suitable to the hydrodearsenicization process of naphtha and diesel. Its arsenic tolerance capacity is over 10%, under the conditions of hydrogen partial pressure 2.8 MPa, space velocity 3.0 h -1, and reaction temperature 190℃, the arsenic removal rate is over 99.4%, and the arsenic content in produced oil is lower than 1 ng/g. After the 2100-hour running test, reaction temperature rise is only 5℃ and reaction temperature rise rate is 0.057 ℃/d. Average carbon content on the catalyst is 1.3% and the mechanical intensity of the catalyst is 112 N/cm.
