2型糖尿病患者血小板参数和CD_(62p)表达率的变化及相关关系

摘　　要：目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者血小板参数和CD62p 表达率及相关关系。方法 用流式细胞仪、血球计数仪及血小板聚集仪分别对50名健康人和60例2型糖尿病患者的CD62p、血小板四项参数及血小板最大聚集率进行测定。结果 糖尿病组CD62p 表达率、血小板平均体积、血小板分布宽度、血小板最大聚集率明显高于对照组 ( p<0.01) ,血小板数明显低于正常组(p<0.01) ,而血小板压积两者无显著差异。有血管并发症CD62p 组表达率血小板平均体积 ,血小板分布宽度及血小板最大聚集率明显高于无血管并发症组 ( p<0.01或 p<0.05) ,血小板数和血小板压积无显著差异。结论 检测CD62p、血小板四项参数及血小板最大聚集率可较全面地反映糖尿病患者的血小板形态、功能和活化状态 ,对疾病的疗效观察、控制高凝状态、防止血管病变的发生有一定的意义。Objective To study The change and relation of parameters of platelet and expression rate of CD62p of Tyke2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 50 healthy human and 60 cases of Tyke2 diabetes mellitus were checked up CD62p, 4 parameters of blood platelet and the maximum aggregation rate of blood platelet with flow cytometer, blood counting instrument and platelet aggregation meter. Results The expression rate of CD62p and platelet count of diabetes mellitus group were lower significantly than the control group(P<0.01), but thrombocytocrit between two groups has not significantly difference. The expression rate of CD62p, platelet mean volume, platelet distribution width and the maximum aggregation rate of blood platelet of the group with blood vessel complications were higher significantly than without blood vessel complications, but platelet count and thrombocytocrit between two groups hag no difference. Conclusion Determination of CD62p, 4 parametes of blood platelet and the maximum aggregation rate of blood platelet could reflect the form, function and activation of platelet of diabetes mellitus, it could have significance for observation of effect, control of hypercoagulable state and prevention of angiopathy.
