SPA菌体试剂对巨细胞病毒特异性IgA抗体检测的影响

摘  要:用SPA菌体试剂处理待测的血清,再用ELISA法进行人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)IgA抗体的检测。结果发现SPA终浓度为5%和6.7%时可分别去除孕血及脐血中的IgG,IgA特异性吸收值也明显减小(P<0.01),并导致抗体效价的降低,阳性率也由处理前的15.04%降至3.76%(P<0.01),在与类风湿因子吸收剂处理的结果比较后,初步认为SPA菌体试剂不仅能去除血清中的IgG抗体,对IgA抗体也有明显的影响。Human Cytomegalovirus (HCMV) IgA antibodies in sera were detected by Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assays (ELISA) after sera were absorbed with staphylococcus aureus. About all of sera and cord sera IgG could be removed when 5% and 6.7% (final concentration) staphylococcus aureus were used respectively. IgA positive rate was also reduced from 15.04% to 3.76% (P<0.01) as specific absorption of IgA (at wavelength of 492nm) was reduced in ELISA procedure (P<0.01). However no variation of positive rate was found when sera were absorbed with rheumatoid factors absorbent. Therefore, staphylococcal absorption can remove not only CMV IgG but also IgA obviously.
