摘 要:测定安徽不同地区共589名健康人尿中巯基物质(—SH)含量,结果:正常值为123.96±6.13mmol/L((?)±SE),中位数(M)为81.19mmol/L,正常值上限为260mmol/L。男女之间无显著差异。1~10岁年龄组最低,以后迅速上升,21~30岁年龄组达最高值,此后基本上趋于平稳。不同职业人群中,尿中—SH含量以学生最低,农民和工人最高,工人中重工业和轻工业劳动者之间无明显差异,但脑力劳动者尿中—SH量明显低于体力劳动者。本文并对各组人群尿中—SH含量存在的差异进行了初步分析。本省不同地区人群尿中—SH含量的正常值确定,将有助于今后有关的基础和临床研究。The normal value of urinary sulfhydryl groups of 589 healthy persons in different parts in Anhui province were determined to he 123.96±6.13 mmol/L. The value 260 mmol/L would be regarded as the upper limit. Minimum value was found in 1 to 10 year group, and increased gradually to the peak ralue in 21 to 30 year group at peak. There was diversity of values in different professions. The value in students was lowest, while in peasants and workers were highest. The urinary—SH contents in mental workers were significantly lower than those in physical workers.
