摘 要:目的对正常国人股骨头软骨和大骨节病人股骨头软骨进行应力松弛实验研究,并对二者进行比较。方法正常股骨头标本取自正常国人急性头部外伤致死的新鲜尸体8个股骨头,大骨节病股骨头标本取自急性头部外伤致死的大骨节病人。实验装置采用日本岛津AG—10TA自动控制电子万能试验机,实验结束后,计算机自动输出实验结果。结果得出了正常对照组和病态组股骨头软骨应力松弛数据和曲线,对实验数据进行归一化处理,得出了正常和病态组股骨头软骨归一化应力松弛函数。结论病态组的粘弹性指标明显低于正常对照组。Objective To research into stress relaxation b iomechanics function of the normal cartilage on femoral head and the cartilage on femoral head frompatient with KBD.The results of two gro ups were compared.Methods Normal cartilage samples were taken from femoral head of fresh cadavers died fromacute head trauma and t he samples fromKBDpatient was taken fromone cadaver died fromacute head iniury.The testes were done by automatic control ele ctron universal testing machine,AG-10TA,in Japan.Results We obtainedthe data andcurve ofstre ss relaxation fromthe normalgroupa ndthe morbidgroup.The normalizati onstress relaxationfunc-tion and curve were obtained after re ducing the experimental data.We obt ained the reduced stress relaxation and creep function and curve by using regression analysis method,and then we obtained regressing coefficient.Conclusion The results of the experi-ment showed that the viscoelasticity' s indexes of the morbid group were sig nificantly lower than those of the normal group.
