保心宝治疗冠心病30例疗效观察

摘　　要：保心宝是皮透缓释型外用中药袋.本文观察30例冠心病患者应用后的疗效,结果显示:临床及心电图ST-T段改善,24小时总有效率分别为77.89%及32.20%,2周以上总有效率分别为95.79%及87.10%,测定血浆心钠素(ANP).血栓素B_2(TXB_2)和前列环素(PGI_2)浓度发现,冠心病治疗2周后血浆ANP浓度无变化(P>0.05),TXB_2浓度下降(P<0.01),PGI_2浓度升高(P<0.05).提示保心宝具有拮抗血小板聚集、缓解冠脉痉挛,提高冠脉血流量,改善心功能及防治心绞痛作用.Bao Xin Bao is a sort of bag packed With traditional Chinese medicine. When bag is attached to chest, its effective components can be absorbed gradually through skin and make effects. The authors report 30 cases of patients with, coronary heart disease treated with this approach. The results showed that improvement rates of clinical symptoms and ST-T changes within 24 hours were 77.89% and 32.2% respectively. Prolonging the the therapy to more than 2 weeks, the percentages of improvment were elevated to 95.79% and 87.10% respectively, mean while, plasma levels of ANP were unchanged (P>0.05), TXB 2 decreased (P<0.01)and PGI2 increased (P<0.05) as compared with, the plasma concentrations of these parameters before treatment. These findings suggest that Bao Xio Bao might have function of inhibiting agglutination of platelet, relaxing spasm and increasing blood flow of coronary arteries and improving heart function. Thus, it could be used in prevention and treatment of stenocardia.
