内蒙某地石榴石矿选矿工艺研究

摘　　要：在工艺矿物学研究的基础上 ,研究内蒙某地石榴石矿的选矿工艺。原矿中石榴石含量约为 81%左右 ,所含石榴石为铁铝石榴石。磨矿产品中 0 80mm以下级别的石榴石单体解离状况较好 ,适当延长磨矿时间可致石榴石在较粗粒级中相对富集。采用单一摇床重选工艺 ,所得石榴石精矿产率为 77 2 % ,总精矿平均品位为 95 2 9% ,回收率为 90 2 3 %。The beneficiation process of the garnet ore from Inner Mongolia of China is investigated based on the study of the mineralolgy The garnet in the ore is the ferrous alumina garnet, and the content is about 81% The garnet mineral is well liberated in -0 80mm particle size range, so the garnet can be concentrated in big particle size range by properly prolonging the milling time The yield of garnet concentrate is 77 2%, the average grade of garnet in the concentrate is 95 29% and the recovery is 90 23% by gravity concentrating with shaking tables
