高血压患者的血小板功能变化

摘　　要：本文对138例高血压病患者的血小板功能进行了观察,发现高血压病患者血小板的聚集和粘附功能明显高于对照组(P<0.01).病程长短与血小板的聚集和粘附功能的增强无相关关系(r=0.6373),而平均动脉压增高的程度同血小板的粘附和聚集功能的增强有一定关系(r=0.7444和r=0.7212).对部份服用钙拮抗剂硝苯啶和复方降压片的患者,进行了服药前后的血小板功能对照,发现长期服用硝苯啶有降低血小板粘附和聚集的作用.Functions of platelets in 138 patients with hypertension were investigated. The aggregation and adhesion of platelets in the cases with hypertension were obviously higher than those in control (P<0.01). The course of hypertension was found not to be correlated with the functions of aggregation and adhesion of platelets (r=0.6373), but with the increased levels of average arterial pressure(r=0.7444,r=0.7212). Platelets in those who had taken calcium antagonist, Nifedipine and resenpinum Co. were analysed and the result showed that the long-term oral administration of Nifedipine had an effect on reduction of aggregation and adhesion of platelets.
