维A酸霜的研制

摘　　要：目的　研究制定维A酸霜制备和质量控制的方法。方法　采用一阶导数光谱法测定维A酸的含量。结果　维A酸的平均回收率为 99.7% (RSD =1 1% )。结论　该制剂制备工艺合理 ,质控方法简便。Objective To study the preparation and quality control method of tretinion cream. Methods To determine the content of tretinion by the first order derivative spectrophotometry. Results The average recoveries of tretinion was 99.7%(RSD=1.1%). Conclusion The preparation of tretinion cream is reasonable in technology, feasible in quality control.
