摘　　要：介绍了一种应用于 PCS基站的电控移相器。该移相器为正交耦合型 ,工作于1.95 GHz频率 ,移相度数可达 2 2 3°,移相线性度较好 ,最大幅度衰减 - 1.85 d B,幅度起伏仅1.4 dIn this paper, a voltage controlled phase shifter applied in PCS base station is designed with Ansoft software .The phase shifter is a quadrature coupling one, which operates at 1.95GHz with maximum phase shifting of 223°, good linearity, magnitude attenuation of -1.85dB , and low magnitude ripple of 1.4dB.
