摘　　要：文章认为 ,在新的形势下 ,搞好商业性地质勘查工作 ,必须切实搞好地质工作与国民经济的结合 ;壮大地质矿产开发公司 ;加快矿权市场建设 ;改革矿山企业成本核算制度 ;积极争取股份上市 ,广泛利用社会资金。并结合云南省大理白族自治州北衙金矿的情况 。The paper argues that under the current situation, if we want to do better commercial geological work, we must focus on the integration of geological work with the national economy. This process must be accompanied with: an expansion of the development corporation of geology and mineral resources; a more rapid establishment of the mining rights market; a reform of the system of mine enterprise's cost accounting; an attempt to develop stock landing; and finally with a wider use of social funds. The paper discusses the issues above in the context of Beiya quarts in Dali Bai autonomous prefecture of Yunnan province.
