摘  要:目的 :探讨声学密度定量评价间歇谐波显像在正常肝脏声学造影中的价值。方法 :10只正常家兔经外周静脉注射自制的白蛋白氟碳声学造影剂 ,分别用间歇基波显像、间歇谐波显像观察肝脏 ,并用声学密度定量(AD)分析造影效果。结果 :间歇基波显像及间歇谐波显像 AD参数 :峰值强度 (PI)、曲线下面积 (AUC)造影后均较造影前有明显的增加 ,而平均渡越时间 (MTT)、降半时间 (HT)造影后均较造影前有明显的降低 ,造影前后两种显像方式各参数间亦有显著性差异。结论Objective:To assess the value of the Acoustic Densitometry(AD) in evaluating the normal liver contrast with the intermittent harmonic imaging.Methods:Ten normal rabbits were performed with intermittent fundamental imaging and intermittent second harmonic imaging techniques after intravenously injected the self-made album perfluorocarbonic contrast agent. The AD technique was used to analyse the enhanced effect of the hepatic parenchyma.Results:After intravenous injection of self-made ultrasound contrast agent,the parameters of the AD, such as the Peak Intensity(PI)?the area under the curve(AUC) were all obviously increased, while the mean-transit-time(MTT) and half-time of descent time(HT) were all obviously decreased, compared to the results of the two imaging methods.All the parameters also had the significant changes.Conclusions:AD can be a quantitative method in evaluating the hepatic perfusion with the hepatic contrast.
