20MHz超高频超声在浅表器官疾病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :评价 2 0 MHz高频超声在浅表器官疾病诊断中的价值。方法 :先用一般高频超声筛选深度 2 .0 cm以内的病灶 ,再用 2 0 MHz高频超声对所选病灶进行研究。结果 :共 4 9例 ,其中乳腺、阴囊、阴茎 ,浅表淋巴结、其他 (甲状腺、腮腺 )的诊断符合率分别为 95 % ,94 % ,87.5 % ,10 0 %。结论 :2 0 MHz高频超声在浅表器官疾病诊断中有如下优越性 :1、病灶内部回声的敏感性 (包括微钙化灶、坏死暗区、囊肿内部的分隔、细小管道及内部回声、浅表淋巴结结构的辨认 ) ;2、病灶性质 (囊、实性 )的确定 ;3、病灶边界的界定。Objective:To evaluate the 20MHz high frequency probe in diagnosis of superficial parts Methods:Firstly,the lesions within 2 0cm of depth were selected with 7 5-10MHz probe,and then the lesions with 20MHz probe were studied.Results:There were 49 cases in total The accurate rate in breast, penis and scrotum, superficial lymph node and others(thyroid and parotid glands) is 95%,94%,87 5%,100%,respectively.Conclusions:The values of 20MHz high frequency probe are: 1 Hgth sensitivity of the internal structures in lesions including the micro calcification,free echo,septa of the cyst,and small duct or sturcture of the superficial lymph node.2.Distinction of lesion borders.3.Distinction of the lesion characters,cyst or solid.
