大黄对老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注肾脏损伤保护作用的研究

摘　　要：为研究大黄对老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注肾损伤防护作用的机制将老龄 (2 0月龄以上 )大鼠分为对照组、模型组、大黄组、尼莫地平组、血栓心脉宁组 ,观察大鼠全脑缺血再灌注后肾脏病理组织变化及有关指标改变。结果表明 ,老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注肾脏组织损伤明显 ,大黄具有明显保护作用 ,其作用机制与大黄拮抗自由基损伤、调节ATP酶活性和神经肽及单胺类神经递质的变化、调节前列腺素平衡失调。Aged rats were divided into control group, model group, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei group, Nimodipine group and Xueshuan Xinmainin group to observe the histopathology change and changes of relevant indexes in the kidney. It displayed an obvious renal tissue injury after reperfusion. And Radix et Rhizoma Rhei has a marked protective action, which is related to its antagonism to free radical injury, as well as its ability to regulate ATP activity and changes of neuropeptide and monoamine neural transmitter, keep PG balance, and reduce tumor necrosin.
