摘 要:本文用庶糖密度梯度离心法提纯Coxsackie B_3病毒。用不同转子、不同转速和不同时间离心提取Coxsackie B_3病毒,病毒感染性试验检测结果表明,用S-27-2转子(约87400g)离心3h结果最佳,所得列的A、B、C3条区带中,C带病毒毒力较A、B两带可提高10^(8-10)倍。本实验方法在小RNA病毒提纯方面有参考价值,为Coxsackie B组病毒的分子病毒学研究提供了一种新的手段。We purified Coxsackie B3 virus by using sucrose-density-gradient-centrifugation and adoptation of various rotors , speeds and different duration of time. The viral infection test showed that the best result was observed when S-27-2 rotor (about 87400g) was used and centrifugation was continued for 3 hours. Three bands (A, B and C) were obtained and the viulence of band C was 108-10 times stronger than that of band A and B. This experimental method is of referential value in purification of picornavirus. It is also a new method for molecular virological research on Coxsackie B virus.
