心尖搏动图和多普勒超声心动图评价老年冠心病的左室舒张功能

摘　　要：采用心尖搏动图(ACG)和多普勒超声心动图检查50例老年冠心病患者的左室功能,并与32的健康老年人比较。结果冠心病患者均有程度不同的舒张功能异常。主要表现为多普勒二尖瓣口舒张早期峰值速度(E)降低、舒张晚期峰值速度(A)增加,A/E比值增大;ACG的A波及心房音S_4振幅增大。两种方法检测结果相关性较好。The left venticular diastolic function in 50 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) was assessed by Doppler echocardiography and apexcardiography in comparison with 32 normal controls. The results showed that abnormal left ventricular diastolic function may be demonstrated to various degrees in individuals with CHD. The Doppler mitral inflow velocities showed that the height of the early diastolic flow-velocity peak (E) was reduced and the height of the late diastolic peak (A) was increased. The amplitude of wave A in apexcardiography. and the sound (fourth sound) amplitude of phonocardiography were increased, and consequently, A/D and S4/S1 were also increased. This study confirms that the results of ACG and Doppler echocardiography were in good consistency.
