摘  要:通过正交设计优化了玻璃纤维化学镀镍的工艺条件 ,在此条件下研究了施镀时间与镀速之间的关系 ,同时对导电玻璃纤维的镀层成分进行了分析。研究表明 ,玻璃纤维化学镀镍后 ,大大提高了导电性能 。The processing conditions of electroless nickel-plating on glass fiber were optimized through orthogonal design method. Under the optimized conditions, the relationships between the plating time and the nickel layer thickness were studied. The quality characters of the plated glass fiber such as the resistivity and composition of the nickel layer were measured and analyzed. The results show that the conducting ability of the plated glass fiber increases greatly, which implies the material can be potentially used as the material for electromagnetic shielding.
