摘 要:研究银杏叶提取物EGB 76 1抗心律失常的作用与机制。以静脉给乌头碱、氯化钡造动物心律失常的模型 ,观察EGB 76 1对心律失常与对乳头肌动作电位各项电生理参数影响。结果 :EGB 76 1使乌头碱、氯化钡诱发的室早、室速、室颤及停搏的剂量增加 (P <0 0 5~P <0 0 0 1) ;与对照组相比较 ,本实验用 2 5mg/L、5 0mg/L和 75mg/L三种不同浓度EGB 76 1分别使APD50 缩短 5 8%、9 4 %和 13 6 % ;APD90 则分别缩短 4 4 %、8 4 %和 12 0 % (P <0 0 5~P <0 0 1) ,呈剂量依赖性 ,这一效应可被无EGB 76 1的正常台氏液洗回。提示银杏叶提取物EGB 76 1有缩短心肌APD ,对乌头碱 。The action and mechanism of Ginkgo leaf extract (EGB 761) in fighting arrhythmia were studies.The animal model of arrhythmia was established by intravenous drip of Aconitine and barium chloride.The effects of EGB 761 on arrhythmia and the electrophysiological parameters of the action potential of papillary muscles were observed.Results:The amount of EGB 761 was increased in treating the ventricular extrasystole,ventricular tachycardia,ventricular fibrillation and cardiac arrest induced by Aconitine and barium chloride (P<0.05~0.001) ;in comparison with the control group,the APD 50 was shortened to 5.8%,9.4% and 13.6% by EGB 761 of the three concentrations of 25mg/L,50mg/L and 75mg/L respectively;APD 90 was shortened to 4.4%,8.4% and 12.0%, P<0.05~0.01 ;there was a dependent relation between the effects and dosage.It is demonstrated that Ginkgo leaf extract,EGB 761,can shorten APD of cardiac muscle,and fight arrhythmia following Aconitine and barium chloride.
