摘　　要：目的 :探讨散发性卵巢癌组织中BRCA1蛋白的表达及其意义。方法 :用免疫组织化学方法检测 4 3例散发性卵巢上皮性癌 (OEC)、10例交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤和 14例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中BRCA1蛋白的表达。结果 :OEC组织中BRCA1的阳性表达率为 39.5 % (17/ 4 3) ,交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中为 90 .0 % (9/ 10 ) ,良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中为 92 .8% (13/ 14 )。OEC组织中BRCA1蛋白表达阳性率显著低于良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤和交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论Aim: To investigate the expression of BRCA1 protein in sporadic ovarian cancer and its significance. Methods: The expression of BRCA1 protein in 43 cases of sporadic ovarian cancer,10 cases of borderline epithelial ovarian tumor,and 14 cases of benign epithelial ovarian tumor were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: BRCA1 positive expression rates were 39.5%(17/43) in sporadic ovarian cancers,90.0%(9/10) in borderline epithelial ovarian tumor, and 92.8%(13/14) in benign epithelial ovarian tumor respectively. The positive expression rate of BRCA1 protein in sporadic ovarian cancers was lower than those in benign and borderline epithelial ovarian tumors ( P <0.005). Conclusion: The reduction of BRCA1 expression may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of sporadic ovarian cancer.
