摘  要:烟气能量回收机组是催化装置节能降耗、实现达标的关键设备 ,烟机振动超高 ,造成机组被迫停机 ,通过频谱分析 ,存在三倍频和基频 ,采用现场动平衡的方式以及增加轴承瓦背预紧力的方法加以解决 。The flue gas energy recovery set is key equipments in catalytic cracking unit to save energy,reduce consumption and realized the standard.The flue gas turbine-expander was compelled to shut down caused by the exceeding high vibration of it.By means of spectral analysis,there were three times spectrum and base frequency;It was solved by the use of dynamic balance in site and increasing the pre-tightening force on the back of bearing shoe.The obvious effect was obtained.
