摘  要:采用邻苯基取代杂萘联苯型类双酚 4 - ( 3-苯基 - 4 -羟基苯基 ) - 2 ,3-二氮杂萘 - 1-酮 ( DHPZ- o P)与对氯苯腈反应制得二腈化合物 ,进一步水解为二酸 ,以此新型二酸与三种不同二胺聚合制得的聚芳酰胺均具有较高的耐热性能 ,其 Tg 在 30 4℃~ 32 7℃ ,且易溶于非质子极性溶剂中 ,聚合物的特性粘数为 1.0 6d L/g~ 1.5 7d L/g( 2 5℃ ,NMP) ,拉伸强度为 73MPa~ 86MPa,断裂伸长率为 9%~ 13% ,拉伸模量为0 .9GPa~ 1.0 GPa,电阻系数为 10 12~ 10dihydro-2-(4-carboxylphenyl)-4-[4-(4-carboxylphenonxyl)-3-phenyl-phenyl]-phthalazin-1-one, a novel diacid monomer containing the phthalazinone moiety was used to synthesize polyamides. The monomers and polymers were studied though FT-IR, 1H-NMR. The results show that the structures of the monomers and polymers are in accordance with our design. The polymers are soluble in polar aprotic solvents such as DMAc, NMP and have inherent viscosity of 1.06 dL/g~ 1.57 dL/g(25 ℃,NMP). The T g of the polyamides are all above 280 ℃. The aromatic polyamide films were prepared by the thermal convention method, and the properties of polyamides were studied. The films have tensile strength of 73 MPa^86 MPa, elongation to break of 9%~13% and tensile modulus of 0.9 GPa~ 1.0 GPa. The order of the coefficient of electrical resistant was 10 12~10 16.
