摘  要:用微波辐射法制备了负载型固体碱催化剂K2 O/γ Al2 O3 、MgO/γ Al2 O3 、KF/γ Al2 O3 、Na2 O/γ Al2 O3 、CaO/γ Al2 O3 和SrO/γ Al2 O3 ,并应用于丁醛的自缩合反应 ,其中K2 O/γ Al2 O3和KF/γ Al2 O3 的活性较好 ,1h产率分别为 5 2 5 %和 4 7 5 %。同时考察了水的浓度及溶剂对反应的影响。结果表明当水的浓度为 1 4mol/L时 ,催化剂的活性最佳 。Supported solid base catalysts prepared with microwave irradiation,such as K 2O/ γ Al 2O 3 ,MgO/ γ Al 2O 3 ,KF/ γ Al 2O 3,Na 2O/ γ Al 2O 3,CaO/ γ Al 2O 3 and SrO/ γ Al 2O 3 were applied to the self condensation of n butyraldehyde.It was found that among those catalysts K 2O/ γ Al 2O 3 and KF/ γ Al 2O 3 had rather high activity.Effects of water content in the system and type of solvent on the reaction were investigated.Experimental results show that the catalyst K 2O/ γ Al 2O 3 has the highest activity when the water content is 1 4 mol/L and butyl alcohol is the best solvent among ethyl alcohol,butyl alcohol and xylene.
