摘  要:对萝卜细胞质青花菜雄性不育系BC7 19及其保持系生长发育过程中叶绿素含量、生长素 (IAA)、赤霉素 (GA)、玉米素 (ZRs)、玉米素前体 (iPAs)及脱落酸 (ABA)的含量变化所作初步研究的结果表明 ,不育系叶片和花蕾中的IAA含量明显高于保持系 ,而不育系叶片和花蕾中的GA含量却大大低于其保持系 ;其余 3种激素 :ZRs、iPAs及ABA的含量 ,在叶片中不育系低于保持系 ,而在花蕾中则不育系高于保持系。叶绿素的含量随着植株的生长而增加 ,但不育系和保持系之间没有明显的差异。Contents of IAA,GA,ZRs,iPAs and ABA in leaves and alabastrums of CMS line, BC7 19, in broccoli, and its maintainer were detected by ELISA (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay) at different growth stages. The results showed that contents of IAA in leaves and alabastrums of CMS line were obviously higher than those in ones of the maintainer, while the contents of GA in leaves and alabastrums of CMS line were greatly lower than those of its maintainer's. But the contents of the other three hormones, ZRs, iPAs and ABA, in leaves and alabastrums were quite different. Their contents in the leaves of CMS line were lower than those of the maintainer's but the contents in the alabastrums of CMS line were higher. The contents of chlorophyl continuously increased with the development of the plant and there was no obvious different between BC7 19 and its maintainer, which meant there was not a lack of chlorophyl in CMS line.
