摘  要:利用30℃恒温密封贮存条件,采用高低2种初始含水量,获得了2组不同活力水平的种子材料,进而研究大豆种子活力对某些农艺性状的影响。结果表明:(1)当大豆种子生活力(用发芽率代表)在89%以上时,尽管大豆种子活力(用鲜芽重代表)有明显降低,但出苗率、株高、有效荚、单株粒重和开花期等指标处理与对照无明显差异;(2)当大豆种子生活力在86%以下时,随大豆种子活力的降低,出苗率和株高显著降低,开花期显著推迟,有效荚和单株粒重有降低的趋势,无效荚有增加的趋势。考虑到繁殖费用和遗传漂移的潜在威胁等因素,建议基因库大豆种质繁殖更新的生活力标准不要大低(以80%为宜)。The effect of seed vigor on agronomic characters of soybean were studied through planting seed in the field after pre-treatment with two initial seed moisture content and with hermetically sealed and vacuumed storage for differential time under 30# The results showed: (1) Alyhouhh bihot (represented by seedling weight)had a significanly reduced,seedling percentage(SP) .height of plant(HP), number of valid pods (NVP) ,number of invalid pods (NIP) ,seed weight per plant (SWPP)and flowering stage (FS) had no significant differences between treatments and control when viability (represented by germination percentage) was above 89%; (2) when viability was below 89% , with the reduction of vigor,SP and HP were reduced significantly, FS were delayed significantly, BVP and SWPP had a reduced tendency, NIP had a rise tendency. Accounting for expense on regeneration and potential threat form genetic drift, we suggested that viability standard of regeneration threshold should not be too low (80% may be referenced) .
