摘 要:以3DS MAX为核心开发工具的液压传动3DS教学软件的制作方法,利用了3DS MAX强大的3维动画功能、AutoCAD丰富的2维平面设计功能和Autherware对多媒体信息的集成功能,开发出减压阀、顺序阀等6种动画教学示图。并以千斤顶为例,分析了工具软件和选型方案的选择原则,给出了放样弹簧、模拟水流等的制作过程。此方法以形象逼真的动画造型,再现了液压传动与控制的原理,收到了形象生动的教学效果。The facture method of 3DS teaching software for hydraulic pressure drive based on 3DS MAX was introduced. 3D-picture function of 3DS MAX, 2D-plane design of AutoCAD and Autherware integrated function for multimedia information was adopted in the facture method. 6 kinds of 3DS teaching software for decompress valve and ordinal valve were developed. Taking jack as an example, the selective principia of software tool and lectotype project was analyzed, the facture process of simulating water flow and enlarging sample for spring was presented. The lifelike 3D-picture sculpting and the principle of hydraulic pressure drive and control was reappeared with the facture method, all-right teaching effect was obtained.
