急性心肌梗塞扩展的心电图与临床

摘　　要：本文分析了我院收治的急性心肌梗塞患者130例,其中18例发生梗塞扩展,发生率为13.84%。心肌梗塞扩展的诊断标准为ECG再次出现ST段或R波、Q波的改变,临床症状恶化,CPK复升。扩展组的心衰、休克发生率高,病死率亦明显高于非扩展组,应引起临床重视。The purpose oi this study is to analyze 130 hospitalized Patients with acute myocardial infarction ( AMI) retorspectively. Among them, the incidence of infarct extension was present in 18 cases ( 13.8% ), The diagnostic criteria of which was defined by the changes of ST segments, Q waves and R waves, reelevation of CPK; deteriorated clinical menifestaton. Recurrent chest pair, heart failure and shock were found to be higher in Patients extension. Who were also found in association with a significantly higher hospital mortality as compared with those without extension, which should alert the clinian to the management in clinical practice.
