遮荫和ABT生根粉处理对移裁猕猴桃幼苗的影响

摘  要:通过对不同遮荫方式和不同浓度ABT3号生根粉溶液处理的猕猴桃移栽幼苗的生长状况调查发现遮荫可以降低幼苗叶面温度,保持圃地土壤湿润,促进幼苗生长。用遮阳网遮荫的效果优于草席遮荫。用50—100mg/LABT3号生根粉溶液蘸根移栽猕猴桃幼苗可以提高移栽成活率12%~16%,且移栽苗早期生长旺盛,苗高、地茎、主根长、侧根数都显著高于对照,为后期生长打下了良好基础。The experimental results showed that the shading with shading net and straw mattress can reduce the leaf surface temperature of transplanting seedlings and maintain the soil moisture of seedbed in comparison with no-shading. Also the seedling growth was stimulated. Of the two shading materials, shading net was more available. The treatment of 50~100mg/L ABT rooting-powder not only increased transplantation survival rate of 12%~16%, but also obviously stimulated early growth of transplanting seedlings. Compared with the control (water),seedlingheight, stem - broadness, root - length and root number of transplanting seedlings were makedly increased.
