门脉高压症巨脾胶原和弹力纤维变化的形态测量学分析  被引量:2

THE COLLAGEN AND ELASTIC FIBERS IN SPLENOMEGALY OF PORTAL HYPERTENSION: A MORPHOMETRIC STUDY

摘  要:本实验对150例巨脾,50例外伤脾内胶原和弹力纤维的变化进行了形态测量学分析。采用组化染色显示两种纤维,网状测微器作形态测量,IBM/PC微机处理数据,并进行必要的统计学处理。结果表明:胶原和弹力纤维在巨脾内均有不同程度增生、并遵循一定的规律,表现为:脾内小动脉纤维化,白髓较早受累,纤维呈多灶性增生和两种纤维的增生不同步。实验同时以最短距离法作Q型系统聚类处理,将巨脾分为纤维化1~3级,其中1级占28%,2级占51%,3级占21%。本文就上述问题进行讨论。One hundred and fifty cases of splenomegaly and fifty cases of injury spleen entered the study. The morphometric study was made to investigate the changes of collagen and elastic fibers. It used histochemical method for showing collagen and elastic fibers; a grided reticle for morphome-try; IBM personal computer for treatment of data and statistical analysis. The results showed that both collagen and elastic fibers in splenomegaly had proliferation to a greater or lesser degree, and with some special regularity; (l)fibrosis of arteriole in spleen, (2)the white pulp was included first, (3) multiple focus proliferation of fibers and(4)unsynchronism proliferation of two types of fibers. The study also use Q type systemic clustering analysis by shortest distance method, dividing the splenomgaly to 1~3 classes. Class I was 28%,class Ⅱ was 51%and class Ⅲ was 21%. Some questions about it are discussed.
