Tuftsin对荷肝癌小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：白细胞介素2、NK细胞活性和淋巴细胞转化率等指标可以反映机体免疫功能及预后。作者观察了荷肝癌小鼠应用tuftsin注射及不用tuftsin时上述三项指标的对比。结果表明,不用tuftsin的荷癌鼠三项免疫指标均明显低于应用tuftsin的荷癌鼠。差异有显著性,实验提示,tuftsin具有抗肿瘤作用,可以提高荷癌动物的抗肿瘤免疫力,tuftsin对三项免疫指标的影响,是其抗肿瘤作用机理之一。作者认为,tuftsin可望作为治疗恶性肿瘤的一部分。同时测定血清tuftsin对预后了解有一定意义。Interlukin 2( IL-2 ) , NK cell activity and transition rate of lymphocyte may reflect immune function and prognosis of organism. A comparison was made in hepatic cancer-hearing mice with and without tuftsin. The results showed that three indexes were obviously lower in tumor-bearing mice without tuftsin than with tuftsin. Experimental work also supported the impression that tuftsin produced an antitumor effect and enhanced the antitumor ability of tumor-bearin mice. The effect of tuftsin on three indexes present with one of antitumor mechanisms. It is sguggested that tuftsin could be used for neoplasm treatment, and the evaluation of serum tuftsin has certaing significance to the prognosis.
