摘　　要：在航天航空领域中,许多测试设备和通信系统都需要统一的时间基准,计算机在其中的作用越来越重要,目前能够为计算机提供标准时间信号的设备还不多.介绍了时统设备提供标准时间信号的方法和B码信号的特点;论述了一种B码信号解码板的设计结构、工作原理和实现功能,并针对此解码板提供的驱动程序给出了一种校时程序的设计方法.Many communication systems and testing equipment need uniform time in the field of spaceflight and aviation. The action of computer in these fields is more and more important. Now, the kinds of equipment of providing standard time for computer are not enough. In this paper, the characteristic of Bcode and the structure, function and theory of Bcode decode card is narrated, the design method of revisingtimeprogram which depend on the drivers of the card is provided. The program, which the author has programmed, has a good effect.
