摘 要:用层合壳体理论和有限元法对在不同的充气压力和带束层角度情况下的子午线轮胎的径向应力和周向应力以及自由振动频率进行了探讨。从一种类型的子午线轮胎的数值算例表明,这些结果能够很好地预测轮胎的使用性能,从而为轮胎参数的优化设计以及轮胎与整车匹配提供有效的参数。From the view of steel belt angle affecting on the characteristics of radial tire, a laminated refined shell theory and FEA were employed to study the characteristics of radial tire under different pneumatic pressures and belt angles. The radial and the circumferential stress distribution along radial and free vibrationfrequencies were discussed. A numerical example of a radial tire showed that this analysis results could predict the tire characteristics and provide validate parameter for the parametric optimal design of tire and matching with suspension system.
