稠油蒸汽吞吐井高温泡沫树脂防砂剂的研制与应用

摘　　要：为解决稠油蒸汽吞吐井出砂问题 ,利用室内实验研制出高温泡沫树脂防砂剂 ,确定了防砂剂的技术指标 ,并对其性能进行了测试。该防砂剂在现场应用 80多井次 ,施工成功率为10 0 %,防砂总有效率达到 85 %以上。To solve the sand producing problem of huff and puff wells,a sand control agent of high temperature foam resin has been developed through laboratory experiment.Technical index of this sand control agent has been determjned,and its performance has been tested.It has been applied on field for over 80 well times,with success ratio of 100%and general sand control efficiency over 85%.
