摘  要:低产出砂油井进行水力压裂改造后 ,在其生产过程中会发生油井出地层砂和压裂砂 ,造成油井卡泵 ,更为严重的会使油层裂缝在大量支撑剂吐出后发生裂缝闭合 ,使压裂效果受到很大影响。针对这一问题 ,研制出压裂 砾石充填防砂管柱 ,其原理是在压裂施工之前将具有砾石充填防砂管柱与压裂管柱双重作用的压裂 砾石充填防砂管柱下到井下油层段 ,在水力压裂施工的同时一次完成砾石充填防砂施工作业 ,同步实现油层改造和油井防砂的双重目的 ,并在现场试验中取得了成功。After hydraulic fracturing,formation sand and fracturing sand may be produced during oil production,resuhing in pump problem,or more seriously,the closure of fractures after fully producing of proppant,thus affecting the effectiveness of fracturing.In accordance with this problem,sand control string used for fracturing/gravel packing has been developed.The mechanism is to run the string,which has both functions of gravel packing sand control and frdcturing,to resenvoir intenral,and to finish the operation of gravel packing sand control simultaneously with hydraulic fracturing. so that the purposes of reservoir reconstruction and sand control can be realized at the same time.Field experiment of this string is successful.
