摘  要:用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚丙醚二醇(PPG)、二羟基聚硅氧烷(PSi)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)合成了稳定的聚氨酯-聚硅氧烷(PUSi)自乳化复合乳液。对该乳液的稳定性、流变性、胶乳粒子大小形态及分散性、乳胶膜的力学性质、宽角X射线衍射谱进行了研究。结果表明,PSi含量增加,PUSi复合乳液稳定性下降,乳液由假塑性流体逐渐向牛顿流体转化。PSi的相对分子质量对PUSi膜的微相结构有明显的影响。增加PSi软段有利于体系硬段的微相分离,短的PSi链与长的聚醚链相容性更好。Stable self-emulsified polyurethane-polysiloxane (PUSi) composite emulsions were prepared from 2,4-toluene diisocyanate (TDI),polypropylene glycol (PPG),polysiloxanediol (PSi),and dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA).The stability and rheology of the emulsion,the morphology and dispersivity of the latex particles and the mechanical properties and Wide-Angle X-ray Spectrum (WAXS) of the latex film were investigated.Results indicate that as polysiloxanediol content increases,the stability of composite emulsions decreases,and the rheology changes from pseudoplastic to Newtonian fluid.There was a distinct effect of polysiloxanediol molecular weight on micro phase structure.Increasing PSi soft segment benefited micro phase separation of rigid segment in the system,and short PSi and long polyether segment had good compatibility.
