摘  要:用杂交春性小麦 90 1和常规小麦品种陕 2 2 9为材料 ,研究了杂交春性小麦 90 1叶片衰老的进程及叶片衰老延迟的原因。研究表明 ,杂交春性小麦 90 1冠层 3叶片叶绿素含量、光合速率、可溶性蛋白质含量在小麦灌浆后期均高于对照常规小麦品种陕 2 2 9。保护酶 SOD活性高且稳定 ,使活性氧、自由基对细胞膜的伤害减轻 ,膜结构能较长时间保持健康完整 ,维持细胞的正常代谢 ,叶片的功能期延长 ,同化能力增强。叶片向籽粒和其它器官提供充盈的同化产物 ,使作物的产量和抗逆性提高。Hybrid spring wheat 901 and conventional variety Shaan 229 were used to study the course of leaf senescence and the reasons of leaf senescence delay in hybrid spring wheat 901.The study showed,the chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate and soluble protein content of the top three leaves of hybrid spring wheat 901 were higher than those factors of Shaan 229 at the post stage of filling.The activity of protective enzymes were higher and steadier,and the damage of active oxygen and free radicals to cellular membrane was lessened.The membrane structure could keep complete and healthy in a longer period and keep the normal cellular metabolisms.The functional period of its leaf was prolonged and its assimilating ability was enhanced.Its leaf could provide sufficient assimilates for grains and other organs.The crop yield and adversity tolerance were increased.
