摘  要:传统企业发展电子商务具有经营管理经验、资金、人才、配送等资源优势 ,应该是发展电子商务的主体 ,但它同时面临着文化背景差异、企业内部信息化程度低等障碍。传统企业发展电子商务成功的关键是制订战略规划 ,使企业资源与电子商务实现科学的整合。Traditional enterprises are usually better equipped with resources like experiences in operation and management, physical capital stock, human capital, and their distribution system. These advantages justify their major role in the development of the electronic business (E-business). Some disadvantages, however, exist that impair the process of E-business development. These disadvantages are evidenced in the difference in culture background and inadequacy in the digitalization of their internal management. What is critical for the successful development of the E-business is therefore to set up a strategic program for the scientific integration of the available resources with the E-business.
