社区慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷的调查分析

摘　　要：目的　了解社区精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷状况及不同分型、治疗依从性对社会功能缺陷的影响。方法　对 85例病程≥ 5a ,符合CCMD - 2R精神分裂症诊断标准的社区患者 ,采用SDSS量表进行评估与分析。结果　社会功能缺陷发生率 96 .5 % ;以责任心、计划性、职业和工作、对外界的兴趣与关心、社会活动及社会性退缩方面缺陷较重 ,其中以衰退和残留型、依从性差的患者社会功能缺陷尤为明显。结论　提高患者依从性的同时与非药物性康复措施紧密结合 。Objective\ To investigate social function deficit in community patients with chronic schizophrenia, and the effects of subtype and compliance on social function.Method\ 85 community patients meeting the criteria of CCMD-2R for schizophrenia and having more than five-year duration were assessed by SDSS.Result\ The occurrence rate of social function deficit was 96.5%. Social function deficit was mainly in relation to responsibility and planning, occupation and working, concern and interest in community activities and social withdrawal. The social function deficit was serious especially in residual, deteriorated schizophrenia patients and patients with poor compliance.Conclusion\ The close combination of increase of compliance and non-medicine related recovery measures was beneficial to improvement of their social function.
