胃窦粘膜幽门腺内分泌细胞5-HT和胃泌素的共存

摘　　要：目的:观察胃窦粘膜幽门腺内分泌细胞中5-HT 和胃泌素共存与否。方法:应用已树脂封片的成人胃窦粘膜5-HT 细胞再行双重 PAP 法显示 G 细胞的方法,在同一张切片上进行5-HT 和胃泌素的双重染色。结果:5-HT 细胞多散在于粘膜的中下1/3,呈棕褐色,形态多样,常见有突起的细胞。G 细胞呈带状分布于粘膜的中1/3,大部分 G 细胞为蓝色,呈圆形或锥体形。有时可见5-HT 细胞和 G 细胞相比邻,有趣的是可见少量细胞为蓝黄混合色。结论:在胃窦粘膜幽门腺内分泌细胞中,可见5-HT 与胃泌素的共存。Objective:to investgate coexistence of 5-HT and gastrin in endocrine cells of human antral mucosa.Method:The 5-HT cells and gastrin cells(G cell)were stained with PAP double stainings on the same section.Result:The 5-HT cells were mainly distributed in one-third mid-lower of the mucosa,with brown-yellow colour.5-HT cells were varied in shape and most of them had protruding shape.The G cells were located in midzone of the mucosa, with most of them showing blue and a few showing bule-yellow.The G cells appeared in differ- ent shapes such as spheroid and pyramida.Sometimes 5-HT cells were neighboured with Gcells. Conclusion:It is suggested that 5-HT and gastrin coexist in the same endocrine cells of human antral mucosa.
