摘  要:用MCVD法试制出较低损耗的色散平坦光纤,零色散点同时落在1.3μm和1.55μm的工作窗口内,研制中结合我国工艺条件和设备条件进行了多目标多变量的任意四包层光纤结构设计,解决了掺氟里昂使内包层折射半下陷达4.5‰至5.0‰的工艺难点,采取多项措施降低了损耗,本文还阐述了各包层的物理意义。Quadruple-clad fibers with dispersion. below 3.5ps/[km·nm) in windows of 1.3μm and 1.55μm simultaneously are produced by MVCD method. Taking consideration of technological process and equipments adopted in China, the arbitrary quadrupleclad refractive index profile is designed with multi-targets and malti-variables. Difficult task in technology is solved by mixed up with CCL_2F_2 so that the inner clad refractive index is depressed fo 0.45%~0.5%, Several measures are made to decrease attenuation. The physical meaning of every cladding is also explained.
