摘 要:对焊接过程的主要工艺参数 (焊接温度、焊接挤压力、焊接速度及带钢厚度等 )进行优化 ,并在此基础上确保焊接温度和焊接挤压力稳定 ,是提高高频焊管焊缝质量的可靠途径。笔者在参考当前国际焊接过程自动控制的最新技术的基础上 ,提出了一整套适合国内现有条件的高水平的高频焊管焊接过程微机综合自动控制系统。经过长期研究 ,认为该方案比较成熟 ,在现今较为先进的硬件、软件系统支持下将更为可靠 ,并能为优化焊接规范 ,提高焊管焊缝质量 。The main process parameters (welding temperature, welding pressure, welding speed and strip thickness) of welding process are optimized to ensure the stability of welding temperature and welding pressure, and this is the reliable method to improve H.F. welded pipe welding quality. Based on new technology of current international welding process automatic control, a set of advanced H.F. welded pipe welding process computer automatic control system was proposed. Through long term study, the proposal is considered to be mature and more advanced under support of advanced hardware and software system. This control system can optimize welding specification, improve weld seam quality.
