摘　　要：本文通过采光实测 ,分析了住宅小区中室外建筑遮挡对住宅天然采光的重要影响 ,对建筑遮挡系数及朝向系数提出新的观点 ,指出在不同楼层上室外建筑可以起挡光也可以起加强光的作用 ,而且对北向房间往往起加强作用。By presenting the result of a survey of daylight,this essay analyses the crucial effect of shading constructions outdoors on the illumination to certain apartments.It suggests a new angle to re\|evaluate the former shading constructions factor and orientations factor.Furthermore,the essay points out that the opposing constructions nearby may have different effects from shading to illuminating on rooms of different height and that those constructions usually play an illuminating role if the north rooms are concerned.\;
