妊娠图在产科中的应用(附2000例分析)

摘　　要：目的　了解妊娠图在产科使用的意义。方法　自妊娠 2 0周开始 ,定期测定宫高、腹围及体重变化描绘成图 ,观测胎儿宫内发育情况。结果　低体重儿 73 .17%的宫高呈低值 ,巨大儿 62 .5 %宫高呈高值 ,宫高高值者产程延长 ,阴道助产及剖宫产率均较宫高正常者高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　妊娠图具有简便、经济、直观的优点 ,能及时发现胎儿宫内发育异常并可指导产程处理 ,降低围生儿病死率 。Objective To investigate the significance of gravidogram applied in obstetrics through the clinic observation and the analysis of 2 000 cases.Methods From the 20th week of pregnancy,the pregnant women were examined regularly by measuring the height of her fundus,length of abdomen and weight,and a diagram was made accordingly to observe the fetal growth.Results 73.12% of low birth weight infants presented low value of the height of fundus,while 62.50% of big weight infants presented high value of the height of fundus.The high value meaned the course of labour prolonged,and the rate of cesareen section and abnormal vaginal birth was significantly higher than that of the normal ones (P<0.01).Conclusion Gravidogram appears to be simple,economical and straight for assessing the wellbeing of the fetus,discovering timely the abnormal fetal growth and helping to manage the birth course so as to reduce the perinatal mortality rate.
