摘　　要：本文分析了我国经济结构调整阶段物价运行的特点,并从五个方面分析了物价长期低位运行的成因,得出货币供给不是近年物价下降的主要原因的结论,并提出经济结构调整阶段货币政策适应性调整的意见,这也是从根本上解决物价低增长问题的办法。This paper gives the background form 5 aspects for the lasting low price level during the restructuring of economic system, based on analyzing the features of the price movement in this period. By clarifying that the money supply is not the main factor dragging the price down in recent years, the authors suggest some adjustments with the monetary policy to be geared to the needs of economic restructuring which is the real solution to the lasting low price level.
