摘 要:探讨亚抑菌量多粘菌素B对大肠埃希氏菌和白色念珠菌混合感染小鼠病情的影响。建立小鼠大肠埃希氏菌、白色念珠菌单独及混合感染模型 ,以亚抑菌量多粘菌素B拮抗内毒素活性 ,观察各组小鼠死亡率、血浆内毒素水平、肺组织中白色念珠菌菌落数及中性粒细胞杀菌能力。结果 大肠埃希氏菌和白色念珠菌混合感染组小鼠死亡率明显高于各自单独感染组 (P <0 0 5) ;大肠埃希氏菌和白色念珠菌混合感染组2 4h后血浆内毒素水平明显高于大肠埃希氏菌单独感染组 (P <0 0 1 ) ;大肠埃希氏菌和白色念珠菌混合感染组 2 4h和 48h后白色念珠菌菌落数明显高于白色念珠菌单独感染组 (P <0 0 1 ) ;大肠埃希氏菌和白色念珠菌混合感染组小鼠中性粒细胞杀菌能力明显低于两者单独感染组 (P <0 0 1 ) ;亚抑菌量多粘菌素B能明显降低混合感染组小鼠死亡率、血浆内毒素水平及肺组织中菌落数 ,并能增强混合感染组小鼠中性粒细胞杀菌功能(P <0 0 5)。结论 亚抑菌量多粘菌素B可改善大肠埃希氏菌和白色念珠菌混合感染小鼠病情。Objective To study the effects of sub inhibition dose of polymyxin B on mice concurrently infected with Escherichia coli and Candida albicans . Methods The animal models concurrently infected with Escherchia coli and Candid albicans or infected with either organism alone were established. Sub inhibition dose of polymyxin B was used to neutralize the toxic and immunologic effects of lipopolysaccharide. The mortality, plasma endotoxin levels, colonies of Candida albicans in lungs and the bactericidal ability of polymorphonuclear among different groups were compared. Results The mortality of mice infected concurrently with Escherichia coli and Candida albicans was significantly higher than that of mice infected alone ( P <0.05). The plasma endotoxin levels of mice infected with Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were significantly higher than that of infected with Escherichia coli alone 24 hour postinfection ( P <0.01). The colonies of Candida albicans in lungs infected with the two organisms were significantly higher than that with Candida albicans alone 24 and 48 hour postinfection ( P <0.01). The bactericidal ability of polymorphonuclear in mice infected both with Escherichia coli and Candida albicans was significantly higher than that in mice infected alone ( P <0.01). Sub inhibition dose of polymyxin B could significantly decrease the mortality, plasma endotoxin levels and colonies of Candida albicans in lungs, and could also increase the bactericidal ability of polymorphonuclear in mice infected concurrently with Escherichia coli and Candida albicans (P <0.05). Conclusion Sub inhibition dose of polymyxin B helps to improve concurrent infections of Escherichia coli and Candida albicans .
