射频热毁损治疗肝囊肿(附50例报告)

摘　　要：目的　探讨、观察射频热毁损治疗肝脏多发性囊肿的疗效及安全性。方法　 B超引导下集束电极射频热治疗肝脏单发及多发性囊肿 5 0例病人 ,共计 96个病灶 ,将集束电极穿刺到囊肿中后抽出囊液后行射频治疗。结果　 5 0例病人中 4 7个直径 <5 cm的病灶治疗后 1月行 B超复查 ,病灶完全消失 ;36个直径 5 - 10 cm的病灶 ,体积缩小 70 %以上 ;13个 >10 cm的病灶 ,体积缩小 6 0 %。 3月后复查 ,11个病灶缩小 80 %以上 ,2个病灶较 1月时略增大。结论　 B超引导经皮肝穿刺射频热毁损治疗肝囊肿 ,疗效确切、安全 。Objective To investigate the effect and reliability of B-ultrasound-guided Radiofrequency ablation on the treatment of hepatic cysts.Methods 96 tumors of 50 patients were treated by Radiofrequency ablation guided by B-ultrasound.Results 47 cysts which were less than 5 cm in diameter disappeared 1 month after the therapy.36 cysts of 5 cm to 10 cm in diameter had a 70% reduction of volume with 1 month follow-up.13 cysts which were greater than 10 cm in diameter had a 60% reduction of volume 1-month of the procedure.Three months after the therapy,11 of these 13 cysts had a 80% reduction of volume,and the other 2 cysts were slightly larger than that of 1-month postoperatively.No complications occurred in all patients after the procedures..Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation is an effective and safe therapy when it is applied to the hepatic cysts.
