摘 要:用脂肪酸自旋标记物Ⅰ(12,3)和Ⅰ(1,14)标记完整的健康人血红细胞膜,测得其ESR波谱。膜浅层的序参数S大于深层,表明膜极性端的流动性小于疏水端。在氟化钠、重铬酸钾、丝裂霉素C和秋水仙素等四种环境诱变剂作用下,以上倾向没有变化;与血红细膜相互作用的时间动力学测量表明,四种诱变剂均引起膜S值增大,但在时间曲线中出现最大S值的时间,不论在浅层或深层则互不相同。本文从亚分子水平研讨四种不同作用类型诱变剂与膜磷脂分子的相互作用及其动力学性质。Intact human erythrocyte membranes were labeled with fatty acid spin labels 5-doxyl stearic acid and 16-doxyl stearic acid [abbreviated as I(12,3) and I (1,14) ]. ESR spectra of the membranes were measured. The order parameter S on the surface of the membrane was larger than in the depth, which means that the fluidity, on the polar layer was lower than that on the hydrophobic one. The difference did not change even under the action of sodium fluoride, potassium bichromate, mitomycin C and colchicine.Kinetic curves showed that, both on the surface and in the depth, S value was increased by the above four environmental mutagens but the peak S value of them appeared at different times. In a word, this paper discusses at the molecular level the possible interactions of four mutagens with the membrane phospholipid.
