几种溴氰菊酯异构体的形成及其分析方法

摘　　要：本文介绍溴氰菊酯四种非对映异构体的形成、分离、纯化及其分析方法。商品1R,3R,αS-溴氰菊酯,通过光异构化可形成四种非对映异构体,转化率可达80％以上。在高压液相色谱上,使用ZORBAX-CN色谱柱,流动相为石油醚:无水甲醇:二氯甲烷(500:2:30V/V);或使用ZORBAX-Sil色谱柱,流动相为石油醚:异丙醇:二氯甲烷(500:1.4:15V/V),溴氰菊酯的四种非对映异构体,都能得到完全分离。该分析方法的最低检测限量为5×10^(-7)mg,相对平均偏差为2.1％,变动系数为2.6％。In this paper, methods of formation, purification, and analysis of four diastereomers of deltamethrin are reported. The four isomers were formed by photoisomerization of lR,3R,aS-deltamethrin, and the isomerizatioh yeild was found to be more than 80%. The formed diastereomers were identified and quantified by MS and HPLC equipped with a ZORBAX-CN or a ZORBAX-Sil column, respectively.The analytical method has a minimun detection limit of 5@10-7mg and a relative average deviation of 2.1%; and the coefficient of variation is 2.6%.
