摘 要:矿渣MTC技术作为一项新的固井技术 ,已在中低温度的条件下得到广泛应用 ,从室内各方面性能及现场应用结果来看 ,它并不亚于油井水泥 ,而且有其独特的性能 ,如流变性能好、与钻井液的相容性好、顶替效率高、稳定性好、失水量小、静胶凝强度过渡时间短等特点。但它在中高温情况下的综合性能是否可满足固井要求 ,它的固化物能否满足后续作业的需要等都要进一步研究。对矿渣MTC固化物的高温强度发展趋势、在井底情况下的耐冲击性及抗腐蚀性能进行了室内试验 ,试验结果表明 ,矿渣MTC可用于中深井、深井固井。As a new cementing technology, the furnace slag MTC technology has been widely used for cementing in medium to low temperature conditions. MTC cement is not inferior to oil well cement on some laboratory indexes and field performances, while it has such advantages as better rheology, good compatibility with drilling fluid, high displacement rate, good stability, low fluid loss, and short static gelling strength transition time, etc. However, its comprehensive performances in medium to high temperature are still uncertain, and further study should be conducted to investigate if its solidified material can meet the requirements of the following operations. Laboratory tests are conducted on the high temperature development tendency of MTC solidified material, its impact resistance and corrosion resistance. Test results show that MTC cement can be used for cementing in the deep wells.
