摘 要:低渗透油层中含水油井采用常规酸化措施后 ,产液量升高 ,产油量下降。针对这种情况 ,开发研制了一种新型酸液配方体系 ,介绍了其作用机理。在实验室通过模拟油藏条件研制出一种可优先选择含油孔道且可达到缓速、深部解堵的选择性乳化酸酸化配方。大量的试验结果表明 :该乳化酸配方体系与水相遇时粘度增大 ,而与原油相遇时粘度变小 ,且该乳化酸与原油之间的界面张力小于与水之间的界面张力 ,与常规土酸比较 ,在静态条件下 ,酸溶蚀较慢 ,可起到缓速酸化的目的 ;室内酸化效果良好 ,含油孔道的酸化改善程度均在 6 0 %以上 ,而含水孔道的溶蚀程度均在 15 %以下。因此该方法对低渗透油层的选择性酸化解堵是有效的。Though total production increase, oil production drop after routine acidzing in a lot of producer of low permeability reservoir. A new acidzing formula system has been developed in the light of this problem. The mechanism is introduced in this paper. Through model test, the acid system can select priority oil-bearing pore and carry out retarding acidization and deep removing blockage. A large number of experiments result show the system viscosity will increase when the acidzing formula system meet with water and the viscosity will decrease when the system meet with oil. And the oil-emulsion acid interfacial tension is less than water-emulsion interfacial tension. In static behavior, the acidizing velocity of emulsion acid is less than that of routine acid. The experiment results show acidization improvement percent of oil-bearing pore are all over 60% and are below 15% to water-bearing pore. So the formula is effective in removing blockage around well bore in low permeability reservoir.
